What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Mocha is very affectionate to family members, but she may take time to warm up to new people because she is the type of cat that will be present and playful when she's just with family but prefers to hide out of sight if guests are in your home. She has that beautiful tortie coloring and has such soft fur! We rescued her as a kitten and while we love her so much, she once had a uti and had peed in a certain area in our home and now continues to pee in this same area no matter what we've done. It's just this area but we just can't let this keep happening. Our vet has said it's a behavioral thing now since there is nothing health wise wrong with her, that once they go in that one spot they will continue. Hoping we can find a nice home for her, she's a real sweet loving, playful cat! This is just our last resort and we're very sad to have to do this. Please don't let this discourage you from adopting her! You will really love everything about her!
