My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kringle is a pit/lab mix (best guess) looking for his forever family! He is approximately 6 months old, smart, healthy, and ready for a family willing and excited to do training, sports, and activities with him! Kringle has lived with other dogs, cats, and children, but would probably prefer a home where he is the only dog. While he plays well with other dogs, he can be possessive of his resources (such as food or toys) and will react negatively to a dog he views as threatening to his resources. Kringle is a very fast learner and already knows commands such as "sit," "down," and "shake." He has been in our program since he was a tiny puppy and is truly ready for adoption. Additional adoption info

Our rigorous adoption process ensures we are selecting the right home for each individual dog and his/her unique personality. This includes an application, home check, veterinary reference check, personal reference checks (only in certain situations), landlord checks (for rentals), phone interview with candidate, and meet and greet with our dog. From there we sign paperwork, pay the fee and send the dog home. We follow up frequently during the first few weeks, but are always a resource to our adopters.
