My name is Roman!

I am a travel health professional and Roman has travelled with me for all my adventures in the past 7 years. However, it breaks my heart, I will not be able to take him with me on my next contract. He will be missed and I hope to find a home where he will be enjoyed as we have enjoyed him. He is friendly with cats (lives with two for past 5 years) and likes almost all dogs (for some reason, every so often he just doesn't like certain dogs). He likes older children (5 and up) and LOVES to hike. He is buzzer/beeper collar trained and can heal to voice command to your side. He sits and lays on command. He is very comfortable off leash hiking and spent 4+ years hiking the trails of Vermont at my side.

I hope to find him a home with folks that will take him out for hikes and walks and also has a home with a big yard. It would be amazing if he could also have a dog companion too!
