Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hey y'all! I'm Calliope! It's a pleasure to meet you! I am a magnificent Calico cat who is around 4 years old! I ended up having to come to Stray Haven when my owner unfortunately had to go into a nursing home. I eventually was able to come with my Housemates. They have already found loving homes, so I am hoping that I find someone interested in me soon! I am a pretty interesting kind of cat if I do say so myself. I love to sit on cat trees and observe everything happening around me. I enjoy watching what is happening in the lobby. I am a big fan of my wet food too, and I can guarantee that I will never miss a meal! I may take a little bit of time to get to know you, but I promise that once I let you in, we'll be great friends! Visit me at the shelter and see if we can get to know each other! I'll be looking forward to it! Stray Haven Humane Society & SPCA 194 Shepard Rd., Waverly, NY 14892 (607) 565-2859, www.strayhavenspca.org Open hours: Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm Saturday-Sunday 10am-4pm Closed on Mondays
