Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Tux. I am around 3.5 years old and I came to Almost Home when my owner no longer had time for me. I am a very energetic boy and would make a great hiking buddy. I would do best with an active family.I am a very happy friendly dog that loves everyone. I am good with other dogs, but can be a bit much with them so not all dogs like me. I haven't been around cats here yet and I would do best with older kids due to my high energy.

We keep approved applications on file for 6 months in case you don't find your perfect companion right away!

Meet the Pet

Once your application is approved, we'll contact you to set up a Meet & Greet with any adoptable pets you're interested in!

3.
Take the Pet Home

When you find your new best friend, we'll make it official with some paperwork and a family photo!

If things don't work out with your new pet, you are welcome to return them to us for a full refund on the adoption fee if it is within the first 7 days of adoption.

We reserve the right to refuse adoption services to anyone who does not meet our adoption criteria.
