My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jingle Is bonded with his mom Holly.   Introducing Jingle, a delightful bundle of energy who purrs like an engine every time he's scooped up into your arms. This playful young cat has a serious case of the zoomies, racing around with boundless enthusiasm. When he's not sprinting from room to room, you might find him hiding under the couch, peeking out with curious eyes. Jingle adores his mom, Holly, and they share a heartwarming bond that's a joy to witness. He's looking for a forever home where he can continue his adventures and cuddles with his beloved mom. Get ready for a lot of fun and affection with Jingle by your side!

Jingle and Holly can be a little shy so children over 10 would be best at this time.

Jingle's adoption fee is $100 if adopted by 2/29.

All breeds are best guess from veterinarian based on physical exam.  All animals come from high kill shelters with poor access to resources.  Once they arrive to our rescue they are quarantined for health purposes and spoiled in loving foster homes until their forever home is found!  Our organization is operated 100% by volunteers who give their time and love out of the goodness of their hearts.

Go meet their pets

Foster based means that we are NOT a shelter. All of our adoptable animals are kept in loving foster homes until their FUREVER family finds them! All of our foster homes have demonstrated they have what it takes to love an animal and ensure their adopter is an excellent fit. Our fosters are volunteers who open their hearts and their homes to shelter animals embarking on their journey of a second chance. Take comfort knowing your pet has been in a loving home acclimating to life outside of the shelter!

More about this rescue

We are a group of local rescuers working in collaboration with Starfish Animal Rescue to save the lives of cats and kittens in need. The shelter these felines are being rescued from is located in Hazard, Kentucky. This is a mountain city with HIGH kill rates and LOW adoption. Recently they were faced with having to EUTHANIZE over 60 cats and kittens in order to make room for new intake. In order to prevent this tragic occurrence, we reached out to Starfish Animal Rescue. Starfish works with local rescues to transport animals from these rural areas and bring them to safe, loving, rescues and homes. We have rescue experience and are working closely with Starfish to ensure all adoptable cats and kittens are vetted, healthy and go to loving homes.
