My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Introducing young Doberman female Nadia, a gentle soul with a heart of gold, eagerly awaiting her second chance at a loving home! Nadia's exact age remains a mystery, but her petite frame of all of 35 pounds suggests she's likely between 6 to 9 months old. Due to her intake date at the shelter they gave her an un-official birthday of 04/12/2023. Previously, Nadia's life was spent outdoors, devoid of the care and attention she deserved. However, her fate took a turn for the better when she found her way to a shelter, and finally UDR where she's now receiving the love and care she's always deserved in her foster m home.

Despite her rough start, Nadia's spirit remains unbroken. She exudes sweetness and gentleness, a testament to her resilient nature. With each wag of her nub and soft gaze, Nadia expresses her longing for a family to call her own. Her journey has just begun, and with your love and support, her past hardships will soon become distant memories.

Nadia has already received her vaccines, but she still requires a full veterinary check-up before finding her forever home. If you're seeking a kind and gentle companion who will fill your life with warmth and joy, then Nadia is the perfect match for you. Apply today to welcome this precious Doberman into your heart and home, and together, let's embark on a journey of love, healing, and endless happiness.

More about this rescue

We are a small group of rescuers dedicated to the Doberman, some of us since 1976, owning and rescuing this complex, beautiful breed. We have dedicated our lives to every Doberman and their owners who need help. Our ultimate goal is finding forever homes for those Dobermans who have no place to call home.
