Pete is a sweet and friendly kitty once he gets to know you but needs a little time to warm up. This handsome boy was found on the streets of Philly and wasn't doing well. He was emaciated and beat up but now that he is inside he has filled out and healed up well and is loving the indoor life. He needs a hero who will give him the time he needs to learn to warm up to them. Once he trusts you he is a lovebug but he has to get to know you first. We like to call that discerning. He probably has had some people who have treated him badly and just like us he chooses to love only those who are loving to him.
