Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Age: 3 years old Located in a foster home in NJ
Weight: 54 lbs
Vet Record: 100% vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, female
Meet Emma, the beautiful compact version of a shepherd mix! Emma is exceptionally friendly, she is one of those dogs who loves everyone - men, women, kids, and strangers. She is very affectionate and loves to give kisses.
Emma is house-trained, she is cheerful and very playful, always ready to bring you the ball as long as you're willing to throw it. Plus, she's super smart! Emma knows a few commands and would love to show them to you, even without treats involved. She's also a great companion for walks and car rides, and her medium size makes her perfect for snuggling.
Emma has been through a lot in the past 2 years. Her family had to evacuate Ukraine and unfortunately, they couldn't take her with them. She was left behind in the apartment with the support of neighbors. Eventually, she ended up in a small shelter and is now looking for a new family to call her own. Emma is missing the love and security of a family, she will be exceptionally loyal to her human and will stick by your side wherever you go.
We're looking for a very special family for Emma - one that can give her plenty of love, time, and attention, Emma would thrive with a family who are more at home than not. If you're someone who enjoys spending time with your furry friends, taking them for walks, and playing games, then Emma would be the perfect addition to your household. Put in your application today for this fabulous girl! Emma is waiting for her forever family in NJ!

Additional adoption info
Sochi Dogs is a non-profit animal rescue that works closely with adopters to help them find the perfect addition to their families. All of our dogs are vetted, vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and microchipped.
Dog ownership is a long-term commitment so we take our adopters’ needs very seriously. We work on a foster to adopt basis, which allows adopters to get to know their new dog in a relaxed family setting.
For us, the most important things are finding the right family for the right dog. As long as it’s a good match we’re happy to adopt a dog out of state. Our dogs have found homes in 16 states and 5 provinces!
Fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website (http://www.sochidogs.org/adoption-inquiry/) and one of our volunteers will give you a call to help match you with your perfect k-9 companion!
We look forward to getting to know you!
