Everyone meet Berni! This good boy was the sweetest, gentlest soul at the shelter this weekend; he is quickly becoming a volunteer favorite! Berni got great remarks on his temperament test; he seems to be fairly young, so he’ll benefit from some more training, but Berni did so well meeting other dogs. He got along with everyone he had the opportunity to encounter.

Adoption Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older.

The adoption fee is $200.00 for dogs and $100 for cats and covers vaccinations and spay/neuter. Should you want to donate more, we will graciously accept it!

A securely fenced yard is required, unless otherwise approved.

You must fill out our online adoption application for cats or for dogs.

A background check will be conducted, this may include checking out your residence, inquiring with your veterinarian, etc.

All animals will be spayed or neutered before adoption.

You must uphold state laws.

You must sign and abide by our adoption contract.

You agree to provide lots of tender loving care.
