Thanks fur the memories! Sonny and Cher are siblings and have been a joy for their foster momma! They have a happy story and she’s hoping their adoption becomes their furever magical story!
This brother and sister pair are super bonded. They sleep together ALWAYS, cuddled up and snuggly! They also love to play together. They absolutely love their many wand toys and cardboard boxes, and they love to lay in the sun by the patio door sunbathing!
They both have very vocal PURRRRRRS and Sonny has the cutest "Feed Me" meow...you only hear it when it's breakfast or dinner time! Eating is certainly NOT a problem - they are great eaters who always devour their food! They can’t be fed together as Cher is a bit slower to eat than Sonny, and we want her to get her full portion. They love their pate wet food mixed with some crunch.
While Sonny is full of energy, loves to play, and loves giving and receiving affection from other cats, he likes to get the lay of the land before he commits to new adventures, carefully thinking out how things work and who and what can be trusted. Cher is always up for a good game of chase around the house with other cats. She is the life of the party and expends lots of energy!
They are gentle souls who have shown zero aggression towards people and other cats. There are 5 other kitties in the home and they have all meshed well. They have such a sweetness inside, which is evident when you do get to cuddle them! Cher loves to sneak up on you on the couch when you least expect it and make herself comfy under the blankets.
They are both super playful and absolutely love playing with other cats, and even love to groom and sleep alongside the other cats…BUT always together! They are super quick to warm up to other cats, as they see them as their equals. They both have quite a bit of energy and love to run around exploring and playing, but they balance it out with lots of sleepy time. Their favorite nap spot is on the couch on a fuzzy blanket where right before nap time, they get to baking!
Sonny is inquisitive about everything, spending lots of time exploring his environment and looking out of windows and doors and enjoying the outside catio! They are quite independent, so they love to interact with people on their own terms. However, they are very affectionate kitties who enjoy grooming and snuggling with other pets, and they will come seeking lots of pats and some cuddles on a daily basis. Whenever their foster mom is sitting working on the laptop they both sneak up under the table and come lay on her lap! They are not afraid of dogs (there are 2 in their foster home) and let's just say...the cats run the house!
