Found him roaming the streets with another dog. No collar but chipped. They were found lying in a driveway 3 days after I initially saw them running the streets. I was told they stayed on that driveway for 2 days. I couldn't leave them there. He is 2yrs and 9 months old and neutered. he is frightened easily, so Im not sure if there is a history of abuse. But he is very playful and full of energy. The 2 dogs have great chemistry, and you can tell they belong together. I have 3 cats that I have now kept inside to allow the 2 dogs to roam freely in the backyard. I work 60hrs a week and frequently go out of town, so I NEED to find a foster or a new home. I made several attempts to reach the owner, after 2 weeks she said she gave Scotty away and didn't admit that the other dogs which had puppies 6-8 months ago was also hers.
