My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cookie came to us from Victoria Animal Control after being hit by a car. She was unable to stand and was in severe pain. Luckily, she found a foster home where she was able to heal and turn into her sweet self.

Cookie is a little skittish at first but is very sweet once she’s settled.

Because she’s sensitive and shy, we think she’d do best in a quiet home as the only dog.

All applicants complete an application and are interviewed. We then complete all references and do a home visit. Permitting approval, we schedule a time to meet the pet(s) the applicant is interested in. Once a match has been found, we complete adoption contracts and adoption donation. We reserve the right to deny applicants for a particular animal if we feel it is not a good fit. We will suggest an animal that better matches the adopter's needs.
