Taz is a distinguished older gentleman who came to the rescue after being in the same home for his entire life. Taz does not like when people invade his cage, but outside of it, he is a total angel. He loves to ride around on shoulders and actively seeks affection. Taz loves to watch outside the window as well. He is around 22 and would be looking for his retirement home where he can get a lot of attention and sometimes be sassy inside his cage. Consider adopting today! Adoption fee: $120

We will review your application, and perform a background check, vet check and when applicable, a landlord check.

Home Check

Meet the Pet

For most species, a meeting is required. For some species, multiple meetings may be needed or required.

Sign Adoption Contract

Once approved, sign the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Additional adoption info

Whether interested in adopting a particular bird or not, you will need to fill out an Adoption Application, which can be found on our website. From there, our adoption team will process your application (including background check, veterinarian check for all current animals, and a home visit)
We will not ship any of our adoptable birds, and have a 100-mile adoption radius. We do not adopt to breeders. We are not able to adopt birds into homes that use Teflon product or smoke due to toxicity dangers.
