I hope all is well. Below is information on my current dog:

Reason for seeking surrender appointment (Please choose one of the following)

o Behavior-; two of my dogs died within two weeks of each other. He is the only one left and he is sad and lonely. He has anxiety now that he is alone. I work most of the day, so he is having built up energy and now to add on the anxiety without the other dogs. I am not taking in any other animals so we feel it is better for him to go to a home that is better equipped to handled him and can give more time to him. It breaks our heart to do this but to watch him struggle is overwhelming.
