If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
I adopted this cuddly little girl from a rescue 3 months ago. Her birthday is 2.28.22, she is two years old. She is super affectionate towards my adult daughter and myself. She has not adjusted to my husband yet. She shows aggressive tendencies towards him and also our adult dog. Our adult dog doesn’t need to have her senior years living in fear of the new dog. We have taken her to Synergy Behavioral Therapy and have her on Gabapentin to calm her anxiety.
She is crate trained and house broken. I have worked with her to not be food reactive or aggressive towards sharing toys.
She loves to cuddle and be with you. If she would accept my husband and get along with our other dog I wouldn’t t be looking for a new home for her. This breaks my heart that I am looking for a new home for her. I promised her that she would never go back to the shelter. Looking for a loving home for her. One that will let her be an indoor pet and be part of the family, give her a big yard to exercise.
