Leo turns 7 later this year and we adopted him from an animal control center. He was super spunky and energetic but also the biggest baby and cuddle bug ever as a kitten. He has lived with us through 2 moves and 3 kids now. We joke that he is basically a dog. He follows us around, is vocal, and loves to play and cuddle.
He is really good with our young kids and pretty patient with them even when they are occasionally rough with him.
He does unfortunately scratch furniture. However we did have luck with claw caps when we kept up with them.
