What can we tell you about this little guy? Sadly, not too much, as he was found wandering close to an expressway, was picked up and brought to the police department where he waited for someone to call looking for him. Unfortunately, no one ever did. Find A Home Pet Rescue took him in and he's been in foster care where he was vaccinated, neutered, microchipped and is now waiting for a forever home. He appears to be a poodle mix, and had been recently groomed when he was picked up. We are guessing he is approximately 3-4 years old and weighs 16 lbs. He is very calm, appears to get along with other dogs, cats are unknown. He probably would do best in a quiet household where he can just hang out and look out a window. If you are interested in any of our beautiful pets you will be required to fill out an application. We do check references from your application, both personal and veterinary records. We also do require home visits. We want to do everything we can to ensure our pets are going to a safe home....a forever home.

FAHPR is a 501(c)3 non-profit operating in the Chicago area in Illinois and Owensboro, Hartford and Beaver Dam areas of Western Kentucky. Our mission is to help animals that have no voices but ours to speak for them. We operate solely by volunteers. We are always looking for volunteers, transporters and fosters.
