Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Maggie is sweet as sugar and as friendly as can be! She is a silly, happy go lucky, big kid. She lopes around the yard like a gangly horse and is learning how to play fetch, which she enjoys thoroughly, but doesn't quite understand the concept of yet. She is very much like a puppy with the benefit of already being potty trained! Maggie loves other dogs of all sizes, she's met our resident cat and did well (our kitty isn't taking any new dog friends at this time so she mostly hides!). This girl has so much love and potential in her and is so excited to find her very own family to spoil and adore her.
Maggie is estimated to be 3 years old and 52 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested. If you are interested in meeting this dog please complete the adoption application on our website at http://www.safehandsrescue.org under Adopt and then we can contact you about setting up a meeting.
We are also holding the following upcoming adoption events!
Animal attendance is subject to change based on their availability. Please check our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/safehandsrescue/ for confirmed attendance the morning of the event.
