This super cute pup is Oreo! He was surrendered to the shelter on 4/23 because his owner's landlord said Oreo had to go. Oreo is quite young, but also smart and well-behaved; his previous owner said he is house and crate-trained. They also said that Oreo is good with kids but has a rough and rowdy play style, so maybe he'd be best with older kids. The shelter is no place for pups so we're hoping his new forever family comes along and scoops him up soon!
Oreo is 8 months old, and he weighs 41 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, and he will be neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. Please come meet Oreo in run 878; his ID # is 657090.

Cobb County Animal Services was established in 1971. As part of Cobb's Department of Public Safety, we serve the entire county, protecting the residents and animals of Cobb.
The mission of the Cobb County Animal Services Unit is to enforce state laws and county ordinances pertaining to animal control and management; educate the community on responsible pet ownership and wildlife care and provide housing and care for homeless animals, while coordinating their adoptions when possible and humane euthanization when adoptions are not possible.
