Hello humans!

My name is Marie! I'm a newer face around the kennels of FDHS after being found as a stray with my buddy Donny (also available!). The kennel staff says that I'm just the happiest little wiggle-butt and that I LOVE attention.

I keep a clean kennel through the day, leading the staff to believe I'm potty-trained. I am pretty strong on leash and could use a little brushing up on my manners, but I'm eager to please so any additional training should be a breeze! I don't seem to mind the other shelter dogs and have not yet been cat-tested. As always, any introductions with other animals should be slow and monitored.

Once an application is filled out for animal of interest, the adoption coordinator and director will review app.
*Vet reference- will call vet and verify you are a client
*Current pets- must be up to date on vaccinations
*If renting- will contact landlord to verify can have pets
Can take 1-3 days for approval or denial. Please be patient with us.
Animals are not first come, first serve. We work to find the best homes possible for not only the adopters, but our animals.
