My name is Pepper!

Pepper, a 4 year-old German Shepherd mix, is in need of a patient, loving home where she can be the only female dog. She has recently shown that she can no longer get along with her dog sister and would be much better suited as the only female dog in the house. Her family is faced with the painful decision to rehome her so she can live a less stressful life.

Adopted at 12 weeks old and loved and cared for since she was a puppy, she quickly became the alpha of a 3 dog pack. Pepper enjoys running in the yard, carrying large sticks, and cuddling with her human parents. She is a loyal companion who enjoys belly rubs and is ready to guard your front door.

Pepper would do very well with a single person or adult couple as an only pet. Experience with the German Shepherd breed would be helpful. She was raised in the country during COVID and is not used to people outside her immediate family. She gets along well with her dog brother, however she is very reactive to other dogs.
