What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Teddy is a sweet young kitty who showed up on our doorstep a few months ago!
Shy at first, he is now a total ham— he loves catnip, treats, and sitting on laps for as long as you will let him! He is fully grown, on the smaller side (~8 pounds), and absolutely full of love. He was neutered and ear-tipped in March 2024, and he has become even more lap obsessed! He is a gentle boy; we can brush him and scratch his belly without being swatted at, although when he is playing, he can get very into attacking his toys.
Please note that Teddy is currently living his life fully outdoors (although he desperately wants to come inside!) We believe that he would do well as an indoor-outdoor cat and that he could potentially become a fully indoor cat with time. He would likely need a lot of stimulation or play with either humans in the home or with another cat. We would love to keep him and bring him indoors ourselves, but one of our fully indoor cats is strictly opposed.
