I adopted Pepper 4 years ago--I believe she is between 5 and 6 years old. This sweet girl was slow to warm up to the family, but now she loves being around people, especially outside where she follows me around the yard and garden (she's an indoor/outdoor cat). She is polydactyl with lots of extra toes, and is an excellent hunter.
In our busy home she has become accustomed to gentle kids, dogs, and other cats, and is definitely one of the more curious cats that I know. She tolerates the other animals fine, but I think could be very happy as a solo pet.
She is healthy, up-to-date on all shots, and has been spayed. I am about to move into a home with a person that has an extreme allergy to cats and I unfortunately can't take the cats with me.
