If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We adopted Bandit from the local animal shelter just over a year ago. He is a wonderful dog, about three three years old, around 60 pounds, healthy, docile and playful, and a great walking buddy. People are always stopping to comment on how beautiful he is. He is well-behaved once he knows what the rules are, and he learned our rules pretty quickly. He doesn't often bark but when he needs something like a walk or more food, he'll let you know with a friendly low "oooo." We love Bandit, but we recently learned that we have a severe dog allergy in the house, so we are not able to keep him.
