Background: Razz was sadly found in a tote outside the shelter one morning, along with 5 other cats.

Personality: Razz is a loving girl, she enjoys naps in the sun and chin scratches

The building will remain closed to the public (appointments only) until further notice. How the process will work:
•Fill out an application from our website PchsMN.org. Email application to pchspets@gmail.com
•Once the application has been approved, we will call you to set up an adoption appointment.
•Please come with cash or check, otherwise we can accept payment in advance through PayPal.
•Please bring animal carriers or leash with you to your adoption appointment.
•All other instructions will be provided during our phone call.
