Hi, I’m Maxx! I’m a herding breed mix of some kind born 10/7/23! My siblings and I just moved to WI from Lake Traverse, MI! I am very energetic and always looking for a good time! I’m friendly with everyone; adults, kids, dogs. I love playing with other dogs and would benefit from an established adult dog to show me the ropes in my new home! I am still how to go potty outside but I do well on a schedule and with using pee pads in the house. I sleep in a pen, and I am quiet at night. I can bark quite a bit if I feel I’m not getting enough attention during the day though. Leash walking seems pretty new to me but I’m sure I’ll catch on quickly. I’m just so excited about everything! If you’re interested in meeting me, let me know! I’d love to meet you!

Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $550.00

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs please go to www.ndlbrescue.org and submit an application for adoption. Please check out our website for any questions you may have before emailing us.
Adoption Application and Contract are required. If adopted dog is under 4 months old, a spay/neuter contract is required along with a spay/neuter deposit. Before the dog will be placed in the potential adopter's home, a home visit will be required. Adoption fees range from $125.00-$650.00 but are listed with every dog.
