My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, I'm Theodore! I'm a young fella with a heart full of joy. My days are filled with playful frolics and curious explorations. I'm always up for a game of chase the feather or a friendly wrestle with a toy mouse. But when playtime's over, I'm all about the cuddles. I'll purr like a motorboat if you give me a good chin scratch. I'm quite the social butterfly too, always ready to make friends with anyone who crosses my path. Why should you adopt me? Well, I promise to fill your life with laughter, love, and lots of purrs. With me, every day will be an adventure filled with sweetness and fun. So, how about it? Ready to add a dash of Theodore to your life? Come meet me at Yay for Strays Cat Cafe starting May 11th!

More about this shelter

The Windsor/Essex County Humane Society was founded in 1926 and incorporated in 1949. The Humane Society has a publicly-tendered contract with the City of Windsor to provide animal control and basic shelter services in the City. This is only a portion of the work done by our organization. In 2016 almost 12,000 animal came through the doors of our shelter and spay/neuter clinic. We can’t help them without your support.
