Brad, Bradley is a distinguished gentlemen. I guess you have to be when your name is Bradley Wellington. I am a fourth generation Fraternity member of Zeta Beta Paw. Ask me how I got in? I had the fastest time in the water bowl chug. No but really, I didn't have the best start to life and here I am at 10 months old with an amazing foster mom who is teaching me the in's and out's of how to dog. Excessive butt sniffing is now at a limited. So far my foster mom has noted the following things about me: I am learning how to play with dogs! I didn't get much of it before so without my brother I was just a nervous boy. I now have mastered a little play bow, ok maybe not mastered but I am getting there. I can be adopted with or without another dog, but I would enjoy continuing to socialize and play. I love food. I am a little bit behind on the training commands deal but give me some food or treats and I promise I'll listen. I am confident in my kennel as it is where I sleep at night. I would enjoy an active family, we don't have to run marathons but some exercise and mental stimulation will keep me happy! I do enjoy a good nap and have an off switch with some good ol'balance. If you would like to be considered a forever home for Brad please apply directly here. If you have questions before being applying feel free to email adopt@chicagorescueauthority.org If you are viewing from adopt-a-pet to be considered a potential home for this dog please head to our website www.chicagorescueauthority.org and click on our adopt tab to apply directly!

Additional adoption info
Every dog is different: personality, temperament, energy, comfort with kids and other animals, medical needs and more. We take all these factors into consideration when making a forever-home match. We are careful about the placements we make. We do our best to match the right dog with the right adoptive home because we want this to be the pet’s permanent home. These steps ensure that we have all the information needed to make the best placement for you or your family.

More about this rescue
At Chicago Rescue Authority, our mission is to create a compassionate world where every animal is treated with love, respect, and dignity. We are dedicated to educating the public about the adverse realities of the mass-production industry for puppies, raising awareness about responsible pet adoption and ownership, and actively working towards reducing the overpopulation of dogs in shelters.
Our promise to Chicago is to build our rescue on the tenets of teamwork, education and compassion. We will listen to the concerns and ideas of those around us and be ready to grow alongside this rescue and this mission.
Volunteers, fosters, donors and adopters will be the backbone of this organization, just like every other animal welfare non-profit. We will be hosting a variety of fundraisers and mixers throughout the year aimed at building our support network. We can’t wait to meet all the animals whose lives we are going to change!
