My name is Billy Talent!

Billy is an absolute sweetheart of a kitty! He loves to cuddle, so if you're looking for a snuggle buddy, you've found him! He is shy at first, but quickly warms up with pets and treats. He will chase toys and bring them back to you for endless rounds of fetch. Billy thrives on being with his people so he would do best in a home where his person/people are home often. Billy is a bit of a scaredy cat when it comes to lots of commotion, so a home without children or other pets would be ideal for him.

He had a history of urinary blockages and had a perineal urethrostomy procedure done. Billy also has a minor heart condition. He does not require medication at this time, but this condition should be monitored.
