My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say hello to the awesome Sam. Sam had a home for all of his 10 years and he got lost and landed in the shelter on 04/19 and instead of his family coming to fetch him home they signed him over. That is hard to believe because that family taught him so much. Sam knows to sit, stay, shake, other paw, lay down and speak. He is a dream on a leash. Look into that beautiful gray muzzle, he has no idea he is now homeless in a very over crowded shelter, he is just being the perfect guest, quiet in his run, playing with his toy. Sam is 10 years old and 72 pounds. He is current on his vaccines, neutered, tested negative for heart worms and micro-chipped. He is all set to go and perfect. Sam is waiting in run 880 and his ID# is 657003. He does not deserve to spend any of his golden years in a crowded shelter.
