Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Aqua is pending euthanization and expected to be put down in the next 3 days due to overcrowding and being HW Positive. We are currently working on saving her life and have transport set up for May 4th while our rescue partners in Louisiana work on finding her a temporary foster.
Aqua is located in Shevaport, LA and will be coming to Ohio.
This dog is Heartworm Postive which treatment will be covered through Coming Back Home Rescue through the slow-kill method. 6-8 Months of 3% Ivermetacin and retest. Even after adoption, we will continue assisting with the Heartworm treatment.
This is what they had to say about Aqua;
Aqua was originally brought to the shelter in 2021 being found as a stray. She was adopted as a puppy but returned three years later because they thought she needed more room to run. Aqua gets along with cats and dogs.
For her full bio, refer to the second image of her kennel card. Please contact us with any questions.

Additional adoption info
We always start off with the application reviewing them at a first come, first serve basis. We look for the best possible compatibility and may ask questions to help to determine if you would be a great possible match. Next, we schedule something known as a "Happy Visit" where you can meet your potential new family member. We usually do this at your property which also covers the brief home visit. However, we also have adoption events or can meet in neutral locations for some animals. Afterwards, you sign an adoption contract and pay for their adoption fee.
We check in on a 3-3-3 basis to make sure everything is going well between your new pet while providing resources to help make transitioning smoother.

We are an animal rescue who prioritizes in pulling animals from death row to give them a second chance at life. We pull out of state and withing while also adopting out to approved applicants all over the US.
