Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi future family! My name is Penelope and I was found as a friendly stray. My new friends here estimated my age to be around 2 years old, so I have some puppy left in me! I spread smiles wherever I go. I'll warm up to you quickly with a tasty treat and a warm blanket to snuggle. My tail is always wagging, will you come meet me?
