My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Tipper and I am a sweet, loving boy! My family can no longer take care of me so I would like to find a great retirement home! I have three legs, one back leg was amputated, but I still get along good. I also get along with dogs and cats. If you would like to meet me, please go to pawspetadoption.org and fill out an application. Adoption fee is negotiable for right home. Thanks!

Additional adoption info

We required those interested in adopting a dog or cat to fill out our online Pet Adoption Application and Agreement, which is on our website at www.pawspetadoption.org. Our Board of Directors will review your application and get back to you asap. If your application is approved, we will arrange a meeting with you and the adoptable pet. If the pet appears to be a good fit for your family, we may visit your home to ensure that the environment is suitable for that particular pet.

More about this rescue

Pet Adoption and Wellness Services is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned animals, from high-kill shelters and owners who can no longer care for them. By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, local veterinarians, and trainers, we are able to rescue animals, provide them with loving temporary care, and find them well-matched, carefully-screened forever homes. We also serve as a resource to our community and all pet owners by providing education and information on responsible pet ownership, including the importance of spay/neuter, positive behavior training, and good nutrition.
