My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet sweet Nala. She is a jack russel mix, about 5 years old. Great with dogs and cats alike! She follows the humans in the house looking for scratches, cuddles, and belly rubs like its her full time job. She also knows how to ham it up! Sitting pretty is her go to trick when the treats come out , and of course no one can resist that adorable face! If you look closely you will also notice that she has one eye that is half blue and half brown! Such a pretty girl!
So if your looking for a super sweet doggo who loves walks and cuddles, Nala is your girl!
Spayed. House trained. About 25 pounds.

We are foster based. You must apply on Crossyourpaws.com first. If your application is chosen as the best fit for the dog we will move forward with the approval process. Once approved you will be setup with a time to meet the dog. Our dogs are all over the greater Pittsburgh area.

Here at Cross Your Paws Rescue, we are driven by a single goal; to save lives. We are doing our part in making the world a better place for all pets. Our decision to start a rescue is not one that we have taken lightly, it has come after years of volunteer work with other groups. Our goal is to make this world a place where starving, abused animals is a thing of the past. That shelters filled with dogs and cats waiting to be euthanized is unheard of. We want euthanasia to be something to help pets on their way to the Rainbow bridge not to end lives because of overpopulation. We vow to save every life that we can.
