Shane is an adult dog who thinks he's a small puppy with the energy of a puppy. He came to us from an abandonment situation and has a bit of separation anxiety that has come with this. But he is so loyal and loves getting loved on. He has learned to sit, stay, lay down, and show his belly. He is a good boy and it saddens our family that we need to give him up at this time. Unfortunately, my husband is having a lot of health issues which is causing us to leave him home in his crate for longer than usual periods. We are hoping that he can be rehomed here before having to take him to a shelter and would like him to go somewhere he can be loved just as much if not more than he already is.
I would suggest a home with cats only as that has been his life so far, he is unsure about other dogs.
