Lilah is the sweetest little poodle mix who will be soon ready for adoption. She is currently living in a pack of big and small dogs at her foster home. She has a crippled front leg - but that doesn't slow her down. Although we don't know her history with cats or children, we assume she would not bother cats and would be fine with respectful children. We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.

Additional adoption info

Filling out an application is the first step. An online application is located on Haven to Home's homepage. Application, references, home visit and adoption fee are required to adopt one of our dogs. Due to the severe overpopulation of dogs in this country Haven to Home believes that responsible pet owners have their pets spayed or neutered. Therefore it is our policy not to adopt our dogs to people who do not have their current animals spayed or neutered unless there is a medical reason. Adoption fees are listed on our website.

Haven to Home Canine Rescue is an all volunteer organization that was founded in June 2008. We do not have a shelter, but use foster homes to care for the dogs that are awaiting their forever homes. FOSTER HOMES are the HAVEN in Haven to Home. We are a non-profit, 501(c)3, organization.
