My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet pup is Minnie. She is a 5-month-old shepherd mix. Minnie currently weighs 23 lb so we expect she will be about 40 lb full grown. Minnie is an adorable girl who is very trusting of people and wants nothing more than to be right by your side or under your legs. Minnie has a timid disposition and can be sensitive to loud noises and new places. Minnie would benefit greatly from an experienced owner, preferably one knowledgeable about shepherds. She will make a very loyal and trusting companion and just needs some work to build up her confidence. Minnie would do best with older, dog-experienced children and would prefer to be an only dog so she can get the one-on-one training and attention she needs. If you consider yourself a "dog whisperer" and ready to help this ever-so-sweet pup, please meet Minnie! She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, healthy and ready for adoption now! Her adoption fee is $445. If you would like to meet/adopt Minnie, please complete our online application at https://daws.org/daws-forms. Email daws@daws.org if you need assistance or have any questions.
