This gal will catch your eye just based on her ears. Just take a look at how big they are! Miss Sora came to us all the way from Colorado and is looking for a fresh new start. We were told she has some stranger danger, although since she has been with us we have yet to meet someone this girl does not like. She is a simple gal, just looking for a place that will spoil her from her ears to her tail! We have found her favorite way to cuddle is if you sit down and give her all the belly rubs. She is such a sucker for some rubs, and could sit for hours letting you pet on her. The only thing about this girl is she unfortunately is not a big fan of other animals and prefers if she was the only “child” in the household. That just means more treats and attention for her! All in all Sora is a very sweet gal who is simply looking for that special person to spoil her to no end. If she sounds like just the gal for you, come meet her today!

We ask you fill out an application. We review that application and a decision is made about adoption. Once you are approved, we will process an adoption and you may take your pet home.

Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our animals. We are grateful for the opportunity to be able to work with you in choosing a new pet.

All Adoptable Animals Are:
*seen by our veterinarian *spayed or neutered
*up to date on their vaccinations *microchipped

In Order to Adopt You Must:
* be 18 years of age or older * be able to provide proof of home owner ship
*if renting, have consent of your landlord *provide vaccines on current animals

Some General Adoption Guidelines for You to Keep in Mind:
• We do NOT do adoptions as gifts.
• Dog adopters: If you own another dog you may be required to do a ‘meet and greet’ between your dog and the dog you are interested in adopting. You must provide proof of vaccines. Meet and Greets can be scheduled at any time and take place here at the shelter. Ask the staff member assisting you with your adoption for more information on the ‘meet and greet’ process.
• In the unfortunate event that your chosen animal does not work for your family, we encourage you to return the animal. We DO NOT issue refunds, however we will work with you to find an animal that is more suitable for your family or situation.

Finally, please know that we reserve the right to refuse any adoption. Please understand that we strive to make the best match for both the animal and the potential adopters.
