Gretchen is Spayed, up to date on vaccinations, flea, tick, heartworm prevention.

Rescue & Behavior:

Gretchen was an owner surrender due to owner needing to emergency re locate due to domestic trauma. Since Gretchen arrived in Rescue she is a very sweet, fun loving Shepherd. All she wants to do is be by your side, she would make a wonderful companion for a woman that needs a Loyal, Best friend by her side. Gretchen is not used to going out for walks she is shy and insecure when removed from her routine. Crate trained, good on a leash, will need patience. Good with older children can test with younger children upon request. Good with cats and dogs, sometimes can be a pushy dog with other dogs.

All dogs in rescue are temperament tested and have basic obedience implemented as a part of their daily routine. All behavioral issues are dealt with according to each case scenario. All dogs prior to going home are up to date on all vaccinations, spayed and or neutered. Application, home-check, and references must be approved prior to final adoption.

Adoption fees range from $100 - $400 depending on age, degree of personalized training, and if proof of bloodlines can be provided. Application, home-check, and references must be approved prior to final adoption. Located in Green Cove Springs, Fl, Florida.
*Free Obedience Lessons offered to all of my rescued dogs that are placed within Clay County & Duval County areas. * Obedience Classes located in Orange Park, Florida

We are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit charity organization dedicated to saving the lives of displaced German Shepherd dogs from a shelter environment or from an owner surrender agreement. As well as educating the public in understanding the nobility, intelligence and loyalty that is unique to this breed. We rely solely on public support; donations help us with incurred medical, and care costs, without this much needed support we would not be able to continue finding loving, permanent homes for our majestic and beloved, German Shepherd dogs.
