He was a well trained dog, very lovable, and excited but he's owner left him when she moved away and no one watched over him since, he still knows basic commands, like sit or go to bed, but he's recently has gotten behavioral issues with other dogs due to being ignored. Just needs a new home where he can be taken care of and noticed
