My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Piglet, a 3-year-old terrier mix who will steal your heart with my sweetness.

I came to the Humane Society as a stray and in no time at all showed that I love everyone – and will greet people with end-to-end wiggles to prove it, from my tail to my gorgeous pink nose. I love to lean in for pets and snuggles, and I’ll gently take a treat if you’re offering!

I’ve been at the rescue for about 6 weeks and haven’t had time to make many dog friends yet. But I’ve walked with other dogs and done well, so I think I would be fine in a home with other dogs.

I’m an active girl who loves my walks and does well on a leash. I’m a happy, funny pup and I give lots of love and cuddles! If you wish to meet me, please call the Humane Society of York County at (803)-802-0902 to schedule an appointment.
