My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

SEEKING FOREVER OR FOSTER HOME
==============================
Gizmo was surrendered to the shelter as a "stray". But later it would come to light that Gizmo was their dog. They agreed to surrender him so he could looking for a forever home ASAP, but provided limited information about Gizmo. We've been told he has one or two seizures a month and were shown a recent spell recorded. Our staff is working to get him into the vet.

Until then, being left unsupervised in the shelter where it's stressful and loud isn't ideal. We need to find him a foster home where he can be monitored. We will provide supplies and cover the medical expenses. You provide a safe and loving home.

Gizmo is a 7lb Chihuahua/Dachshund mix. He supposedly bit a child so a home without young children is probably best until we can get to know Gizmo better ourselves.

If you can help, call 660-562-3333. Thank you in advance!
