Here's what the humans have to say about me:
· Intake Reason: surrendered Known with: · Cats: did okay, lived with 6 yr old spayed female, wanted to be left alone · Dogs: did okay, lived with a 12 yr old APBT and wanted to be left alone · Kids: WCHS would recommend calm children, Kat would hide from children in previous home · Personality: Kat is timid and will need plenty of extra time to acclimate into her new forever home. She may hide a little so she feels safe, but if you're patient, you can see what a great Kat she is.

Visit the shelter. We have an application that takes about 15 minutes to fill out once you have found a pet you like. You call back the next day which gives us time to review the application and gives you 24 hours to think about your decision to adopt. You can also complete our on-line application and get approved in advance of finding the perfect companion. Once approved, you are able to adopt an animal the same day.
