With his warm, golden fur and captivating amber eyes, Cinnamon is as handsome as they come. He loves to greet visitors with gentle head bumps and purrs of affection. Cinnamon is the perfect companion for someone seeking a loyal and loving feline friend.

💖 Personality: 💖

Cinnamon is the definition of a social butterfly. He thrives on human interaction and enjoys being the center of attention. Whether it's curling up on your lap for a cozy cuddle session or playing with his favorite toys, Cinnamon is always up for quality time with his favorite humans. He's a great listener too, always ready to lend an ear whenever you need someone to talk to. Cinnamon's friendly and easygoing nature makes him an ideal companion for individuals or families looking to add some feline love to their lives.

🏡 Ideal Home: 🏡

Cinnamon would flourish in a home where he can receive plenty of love and affection. He's a low-maintenance kitty who adapts well to various living environments, whether it's a bustling household or a serene apartment. More about this shelter

We are the Jefferson County Humane Society and , except for our humane officers (who are paid very nominally), we are all volunteers! Our members were instrumental in getting a local levy passed to build a new and larger shelter and the doors opened in 2011. We are currently participating in Iams Home for the Holidays Program and the Purina Pets for People grant program. We are actively pursuing other grants and recently have been asked by the county to partner with them in the operation of the new shelter. Since we are a humane society, our main focus is on getting animals spayed and neutered so there are no more homeless pets. To that end, we bring in a mobile animal surgical clinic who performs spays and neuters at a reduced rate. We are always looking for volunteers to help us in our efforts and, of course, for financial contributions (we are a non-profit, 501 (c)3) and pet adopters! Other items such as food, treats, pet carriers, cages, leashes, collars, food bowls, etc. are also ALWAYS welcomed and appreciated. Please contact us if you have an item to be donated or would like to volunteer with us to try to save some of these homeless, but very loveable, dogs!
