CALL FOR DETAILS
This pet is available for adoption in a foster home.

To adopt this pet, please call us at 619-299-7012.

How this pet arrived:
Millhouse was brought in by a Good Samaritan.

At SDHS:
He has been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. He is now ready for his new home!

Why this pet is the one for you:
Do you know that friend you have that has worked really hard with the hopes of an early retirement? We know that friend. That's Millhouse. Millhouse is ready to nestle into a quiet little life. He is looking for a soft place to land where he can spend time with his humans, rest on cozy beds, go about his routine, and play with toys and bones! Millhouse is looking for people who might also enjoy cozy days on the couch and quiet nights at home. We think he would be an excellent movie buddy! Except, he would appreciate it if you brought the movie snacks. Emphasis on the treats please! If you think this fella might fit well into your family, give us a call to chat about Millhouse today!

More about this shelter

San Diego Humane Society, an open-admission shelter, is creating a more humane world by inspiring compassion and advancing the welfare of animals and people. Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.

With campuses in El Cajon, Escondido, Oceanside, Ramona and San Diego, we provide animal services for 14 cities within San Diego County. We not only care for 50,000 animals in our communities but also share the expertise we have gained through our innovative programs with shelters nationwide so they can save more lives in their communities.

While our influence is expanding nationally, our top priority is meeting the needs of San Diego. We provide exceptional care for all animals through world-class veterinary medicine, shelter and most of all: love.
