My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Skye came to us in a very sad manner. Someone left her and other dogs here in a crate in front of the shelter. All the dogs were very underweight. Skye must have been through a lot, but her sweet personality has not been broken. She is currently 16 pounds but needs to gain a few more to fill out. She is still very much wanting to be with people and enjoys attention. Skye does seem to enjoy being around other dogs. We wish we knew more about her history, but she seems like a good girl. She is waiting for someone to take her home and show her the true love she deserves. We can see she has great potential ahead. Before leaving the shelter she will be vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. $300.00 adoption. Additional adoption info

All potential adopters must complete an adoption application found at our website, www.petsnpals.org. Our fees are based on the cost of spaying or neutering. The price ranges from approximately $100 to $350 per dog and $125 per cat/kitten.

We are located at 12488 S. Harlan Road in Lathrop, California. We are open Tuesday - Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are open by appointment only.

More about this shelter

Pets & Pals has been serving the community for over 20 years. We are a no-kill shelter. Our facility is extremely clean and well managed. The dogs are allowed to get out of their cages daily on a rotating basis to play in our outdoor areas complete with swimming pools!
