Hello I'm Mirabel!!! I'm a sweet and friendly rabbit who loves to explore. My curiosity often leads me on little adventures around my home here in the shelter. I'm brave, not afraid of new things or people. I'm also quite smart, quickly learning routines and remembering my favorite people. Cuddling is my favorite pastime, and I'm always eager for a gentle stroke or a cozy snuggle. I'm loyal too, always happy to see my human friends. Why should you adopt me? Established in 1929, Humane Society Silicon Valley (HSSV) offers quality adoptions, affordable spaying/neutering, vaccinations and microchipping services, pet care services and education programs to enhance the human-animal bond. HSSV operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are the first organization in the country to meet the guidelines put forth by the Association of Shelter Veterinarians for standards of care for shelter animals: We are the first model shelter.

We are also the first animal community center in the nation to receive Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
