Meet Sparky he is a 3 yr old 14-pound Bichon rescued from an Amish puppy mill. This boy is full of life and personality. He loves being outside of the mill! He loves a comfy dog bed and is playful and wants to be loved on. Sparky is good with dogs and cats. Sparky is crate trained but doesn’t get into anything. He is NOT housebroken. He will need continued work to get there. Sparky would do best with a fenced in yard.
