Straya is being fostered at one of Toronto Cat Rescue’s pet store partner locations. Please note that if you’re approved to adopt, you’ll need to pick them up from the store within 24 hours of being approved.

Hi, I’m Straya! I am a charming 1 year old black and white kitty with the biggest green eyes. I’ve got a heart as big as my purrs and I am ready to steal your heart… and your computer chair. I am extremely affectionate and will shower you with kisses whenever you’re near. I love pets and will always roll over for a belly rub. I am a big fan of being brushed and will gladly soak up all the attention.

I love to perch on the windowsill where I can watch the world go by and bask in the sunlight. I am really good at jumping and snoozing up high, so a cat tree is a must! I like to take care of my nails, so it would also be nice if I could have a lot of good scratching posts. My foster home has a big dog and I don’t mind her at all. There are also a couple of other cats around and, while I probably would be fine with them eventually, I’ll probably be happier the feline spotlight to myself.

I am very friendly and social, so I would do best in a household where I am not left alone for long stretches. I am very sweet and mild mannered, so I would be fine in a household with kids. So if you're looking for a loving companion who'll keep you company through thick and thin, I might just be the purrfect match for you!
